Eagle Project
I am currently working on my Eagle Project to earn my Eagle Scout Rank.
At my high school every year we have a homecoming fair where all the clubs set up booths in the quad and sell concessions with music and fun.
The frames that the booths are made of are currently falling apart. So, I would like to make new booths to replace the 40 old ones and add a few personal touches to make set up, transportation, and storage easier.
This will benefit the school to have safer and sturdier homecoming booths to use every year and to even branch out and use in other school events like the haunted house. Not only that but this would also benefit the Stage Technology Class who are in charge of maintaining them, because it gives them the opportunity to improve their building skills which can be used for building props later on and it also allows them to work with better materials to do more professional work. These new frames will also be safer for both the stage crew and other students as splinters are very common even while wearing gloves.
